CLINIC POLICY
Appointment Booking and Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied towards your treatment. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend the appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Lateness: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced accordingly to ensure that our schedule runs smoothly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments will require a new deposit.
Refund Policy: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Payments made for treatments are also non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Treatment Suitability: A consultation is required before any treatment to determine suitability. If you are deemed unsuitable for the treatment, your deposit will be refunded.
Liability: sknbyfi is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments, as clients are required to disclose all relevant medical history and information during the consultation.
Privacy and Confidentiality: All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and is not shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.
Right to Refuse Service: sknbyfi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
